FREE LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE AND APPROPRIATE AUXILIARY AIDS ARE AVAILABLE WHEN NECESSARY.

Notice

TruCare Pain Management provides free language assistance services and appropriate auxiliary aids and services when necessary to communicate effectively and provide meaningful access to care.

This may include:

• qualified interpreter services;
• translated written information when appropriate;
• assistance for patients or companions with limited English proficiency;
• auxiliary aids or services for individuals with disabilities;
• information in alternate formats when appropriate.

If you need language assistance, an interpreter, auxiliary aids, or help communicating with TruCare, please ask the front desk.

These services are provided free of charge when necessary.
